ABOUT

Peter Haffenreffer graduated from Bard College with a BA in film & electronic arts in 2018. During his time at Bard College, Peter worked closely with his advisors Kelly Reichardt and Lisa Krueger, particularly in the creation of his senior thesis film “The Latent.”

 

Since graduating from college, Peter has worked on a number of productions including as a writers room assistant on the FX for Hulu miniseries, “A Teacher” and as a production assistant on season 3 of the USA Network production “The Sinner.”

 

More recently Peter as been working as a lead editor for the streaming platform CORE Live, directing and editing the documentary series, “Book of Knowledge: Journeys of the Wayfarer.” He is currently editing the feature documentary “Antartica - the Legacy Crossing” documenting the journey of polar explorer, climate researcher, photographer and author, Sebastian Copeland and explorer Eric McNair-Landry. 

 

Peter's approach to storytelling is all about discovering the narrative and allowing emotion to guide the way. He strives to capture authentic moments that resonate with audiences and leave a lasting impression. Every project he approaches with a commitment to quality and a willingness to take creative risks, whether he's behind the camera or working in post-production.
